Ack! Accidently deleted a template - please help?

Hi, everyone --

Well, I just got my first ppc and I'm new to this site.

I feel really silly about this, but I accidently deleted one of my note templates. It's the one that lets you make blank notes. I think it's called "Blank Note.pwi" or maybe "Blank.pwi" and it was in the Templates folder in My Documents.

Would someone kindly tell me how I can get/download a new blank note template?

I saw there's one in the Windows folder, but for whatever reason I cannot copy it to the Templates folder. I get an error message saying "Access is denied." How inconvenient.
