PPCGeeks - Sprint $250.00 rebate?

I think I figured out why some of you folks have gotten a $250 rebate. I was just filling out my rebate form and I noticed on the first page that there's a box with the following inside:

Loyalty has its rewards.

Qualified customers with service on the same device for more than 22 consecutive months may be eligible for instant savings:
- $150 with a renewed two-year agreement plus any additional instant and/or mail-in savings on select devices.
- $75 with a renewed one-year agreement
Qualified customers with service on the same device between 13 and 22 consecutive months may be eligible for instant savings:
- $75 with a renewed two-year agreement
- $25 with a renewed one-year agreement

An activation fee of $18 for updates may apply.

so if you're already a Sprint customer that is renewing a two year contract near the end of your term, you'll get the $150 renewal rebate plus the $100 for the device, totaling $250.
