Rover PC s5 help!

Hi!
I'm a HTC user (TITAN) but i have 2nd PPC, "Rover PC s5" and i stuck in bootloader.
I don't know why, (my friend use it for while) and now I'm in this story!
I try to search from google to solve my problem, but i can't find anything about it

I need help guys!
Please can you help me?
