Why are the PRL's counting down again? Any one confirm this is new? I use PRL #60711 so 60612 is going back wards.

So, I did some testing back and forth with 60711 and 60612 but really didnt see any difference either way...I tried at home and at work *bout 23 miles away* and between...anyone have any other results?

60711 is technically for the data cards but can be used for the mogul...
