Just use sMMS Picture Mail Composer it works like a charm, but you have to login to your picmail service via http://pictures.sprintpcs.com , type your mobile number and send pwd to your phone, get txt msg, reset your pwd once you login. Now you have settings for sMMS when you install the cab file form dragging and dropping to the phone!
Works like a charm!

i have sprint ppc-6700 and i have sent 1 picture via email, all the subsequent trys have been failures. ive changed nothing, it just wont work. i can email text every time, but if there is a pic attached it says the message cannot be deliverd. any solutions out there?

It just annoys me that the Mogul, Touch, and 800w can't send picture mail. Its like having a 2008 Mercedes with no radio...LOL

Ok One more Question. I reset my password once I logged in. Now I not sure how to get the settings for sMMS installed to the cab file to drop to the phone. Please help!

Ok, Maybe it is because I am not feeling well... But I am confused by what you are saying here. Have you installed the cab file on your phone and you need to know how to finish setting up the program... Or do you need help installing the cab? You can PM me and I can try to help you.
