Just send an email with your pic attached to phonenumber@teleflip.com and they will MMS it to the correct carrier for free.

i tried it, and it didn't work.. how long does it take for it to send to the number?

my issue is for sending a picture (MMS) to a Telus number

i tried the teleflip aproach and it only sent the text, not the picture, plus it adds 30-40 characters at the end of the msg.

using the email to yourself then foward on sprint picture mail, it just send the text too, not the picture

i know that #@msg.telus.com is for SMS, does it suppose to work for MMS too? does anyone know the MMS address?

if anyone had any success to sending picture to a Telus number please tell me how T_T thanks!!

What e-mail account are you using? What "administrative error" do you get? Just that? Any details on the error?

In case any of you don't know already these instructions should help to anyone who needs to send pictures to other carriers as well. Yes, it's sort of a pain, but it works for now.

Step 1. Set up an email address, for outgoing mail put smtp.sprint.com and check the require authentication box. set it for 15 minutes or to your liking.

Step 2. Find out the carriers from your contacts. (sprint, verizon, t-mobile, etc...)

do u have it working with that smtp server? what authentication information do u use for it? i tried with my sprint login/pass on sprint site and it didnt work.

I see nobody else has mentioned mail2web.. Am I the only one that the mms's never arrive when sent thru mail2web? I dont get a bounce or anything, it just vanishes.

Re: Using your email to send pics (Picture Mail)

This might help. i set up a hotmail acct and sink with windows live. it will automatically set up a acct on your message inbox. Then set up a new contact name Picmail. Then put this in the email slot of contant (your number)@pm.sprint.com. now choose the pic u want a hit send. Pick the widow live acct send to contact name Picmail and hit send. Once u recieve the pic open and view media. then u should get a link that say foward. Type in number u want to send a bam it done. Hope this help.
