touch pro 2 replacement
I have a touch pro 2 with the insurance that is acting up. does anyone know if I take it into sprint and it can not be repaired, are they replacing it with the same or something else?

With mine, I got 3 replacements that were sub-par and worse than the one I initially had. I ended up with an HTC Arrive WP7 device, pre Mango. It's a good phone, the only down side is you're basically starting over from scratch with your program collections and such. If that's not an issue for you, go Mango.

When I got mine replaced they gave me a choice from 5 phones.

If you have the TEP plan through Asurion, then I think they'll just send you another TP2. Seems to be the case. I've been sent several refurbs through them. Never gone through Sprint but people who do seem to get offered other phones.

So if you have a WM phone, and sprint offers to replace it with another phone like the arrive do you have to upgrade your plan to use it, or will they grandfather you in?
