I don't know what this guy's problem is or where he got his "information". :protest: Go to http://www.sprint.com/sero, enter savings@sprintemi.com for the email, and you're in. I'm on SERO and it looks like it's still going strong. :headbang:

Did you try "sero@sprintemi.com" ? Cause I used it, and guess what... It worked... For both me, and two other individuals that I got hooked onto the SERO plan. So, give it shot...
