Cross Network Smartphone?

Hi, I'd like to find a reasonably powerful spec phone for cross-network usage meaning I'd like it to have access to both CDMA and GSM in the usa.

They tell me that the incredible 2 (Verizon version?) is one such phone but I mean it's from 2010..

The networks I want access to specifically most is Verizon and tmobile.. (I know that aws 1700 band is hard to get sometimes) and I'm mainly planning to use resellers like page plus/selectel/lycamobile

And I mainly looking for plug n' play.. aka maybe the phones esid is on verizion.. and than I pop in a tmobile sim and boom it's on tmobile.. something like that.. (I don't want a phone that requires a 1 hour flash to switch networks.. or that's not preferred )
