use phone as monitor for backup camera?

I've got a Galaxy S2, soon to upgrade to an S4. I want to use my phone as a monitor for a wireless backup camera. Anybody know of an app that will let me use a camera like this (has to be outdoor, wireless, and able to run off a 12v car battery system) and use my phone as the monitor? I'm not much of a tech geek, so things like rooting my phone are no really an option.
