Unhappy Evo 3D on Alltel, no mobile data

I have a HTC Evo 3D that was previously on a Sprint network. I am on an Alltel network. I have WiFi, phone calling, and SMS for sure working. Mobile data does not work, and MMS I haven't actually tested.

I have used CDMA Workshop and QPST to find the msl code for my phone and then changed it to 000000.

In the ##DATA# prompt there are a few settings that are definitely set for Sprint's network, but I did not see equivalents in a HTC Desire's ##DATA# prompt. I also do not see a SECURITY tab that most threads seem to refer to to solve the issue. I have uploaded Screenshots of the ##DATA# on my Evo 3D.

I have also tried using a working APN from another phone as well as from my previous HTC Desire (when it was still on the phone plan)

It is on HBOOT 1.50 (silly me didn't do all my homework before buying it), so I don't really want to root unless I have to to get it working.

Does anyone have any idea how I can go about getting my Mobile Data Working, or can at least point me in a general direction?

Thank you guys in advanced.

*edit MMS doesn't work after Any of he various APN's I've tested (Yes, I restarted after changing every APN)
