Ringtones playing through bluetooth on g2x?

I have a Jawbone ICON I use with my T-Mobile G2x. When a call comes in or I get a notication, the sounds play in the phone speaker *and* the bluetooth headset. Is there a way to force it into the headset? Had a mishap at work today during lunch. Someone texted me and my text message sound went off when I thought it was only in the headset.
