Auto Speaker Phone?

There have been several things I mis scoming from WM on my TP2, most I have found a work around or a learning curve. However the thing I miss the most is the auto on/off speaker phone. I liked being able to switch back and forth just by setting the phone face down. Does anyone know if there is a way to do it on the EVO or someone able to make a cab or what ever you call it for Droid?
