Exchange 2007 ActiveSync issues

Ouch, had similar issues and blowing out Exchange would have been so much easier than the path we took, lol. Ended up having to verify every setting in PowerShell and forcing settings that were displayed correctly enabled or disabled and toggling them, I think it was the firewall rules.

One thing, if starting over, I highly reccomend using server 2008 for Exchange 2007, there are a lot of issues and things that are fixed, of course it may not be a choice.

My experience is that the moble sync is directly tied to OWA, it has always been that both are down at the same time.
