Hard Reset, flash to stock, hard reset, flash to the ROM you want to go to, then hard reset again. (Also letting the customizations run, too.)

Maybe being extra cautious, but some swear by this routine to help to get an error-free flash.

tried the flash dance. treo alert pro, still cant use the LED. i give up.

Ive never -ever- did this 'flash dance', it's absolutely ludicrous and nonsensical. No information is passed on through flashes. Don't do this, it's nonsense.

I've also tried the Treo Alert, I'm guessing it doesn't work with 6.5.5...

yeah i guess. even when i flashed back to an older rom, that i was using before with treo alert, it still cant use the LED. i guess i messed it up. oh well. cant wait till july 1 when sask gets hspa, and i can get an android phone.

Very nice ROMs. I've tried a LOT of these in the last 3 weeks. Yours are the ones with the right features for me (I love the 4 columns of icons). I have issues with BT in my car (not working) with the 23541 ROM. But the 23089b is very good, so I'll stick with that one. Keep up the good work (in fact, what's the delta between these 2 ROMs?)
