update: no-go..after soft reset, contacts and set buttons arent showing, probably gota toy with the taskbar or sumthin...im guessing. also, IE doesnt work

That's the one thing I wish this had. Right now - everything looks huge. Would love to be able to get more icons/text on the screen. Please post here if you guys get this working!

Hi, i cannot change the ringertone for incomming calls. no matter what i selected i notification setting, it continue ringing with the default ringtone.

im using the classic home screen (like 6.1) for my convenience, but im missing the wireless plugin in home screen (where i can see the carrier name and the wifi and bluettoth state)

i solved the wireless today plugin editing the registry, but i still cannot
change the ringtone.

Okay, I'll test this as soon as I can... I just never bother to change my ringtone :P

i flashed ur rom(23541) over the weekend and didnt run into that problem.. @kyddox, did u put the ringtones in the my ringtones folder under my documents?

ya if he is just setting a ringtone from a file where ever on the phone it will not work you have to tell it to set as ringer then go to sounds/notifications and select it in there also. thats prolly whats happening here

im just trying to use the ringtones included in the rom, but i have not tried with an external file, i will try it.

maybe the difference is my phone, im from mexico and my treo pro is an iusacell cdma, but i flashed my phone with the roms by cfay and bige and that problem doesnt happen.

in anyway, thank you for your sugestions and ill thank you very much if you help me to correct that.

forget it, thank you all guys for your sugestions, im a little bit inpatient and i reflashed my phone, the problem has solved and i love the rom
