Flashing Palm treo pro
 

I have been trying to flash the rom in a palm pro, keep getting error 262. has anyone else run into this?
I have just tryed a program called "SkyWriter_1.12I.E.S1_PO134__Treo_PRO_" and it worked fine. but it flashes the stock rom. I want to install a custom rom. has anyone run into this? can anyone help me out?
if there was a way to change the .NBH file in that program ? just a thought.

You need to unlock your phone before flashing

Yes the phone is unlocked. I have tryed theInstructions from that link also, I have also tryed it from a sd card and from 2 differnt pc's, I get the tricolour screen and it looks like it will work then error 262 ? I am lost with it, I can flash the stock rom on ok. but not the custom roms? do I need a special cable?

Are you sure you have your phone unlocked? because thats the only reason you should get that error... when in tri-color mode does your phone read "Cmonex" somewhere on the screen

are talking about the SPC sec code? that is set to 000000

when it goes to tricolor this is on the screen.

and in the white at the bottom it will say usb

i will get a blue screen somtimes and it will say loading....
but it wont do anything from there.

ya, your phone is not unlocked....

I got it. waited till I got the tricolor and switched the usb cable to a differnt port. and it worked...

Hi, i have the same problem that flyer had. I can't unlock my Palm Treo Pro.
In my tricolor screen said this:
PANT100
SPL-0.61.0000
CPLD-2
What thats mean?
Please I need help!

Do you have a GSM TREO PRO? If so you must use the GSM unlocker
