It is mostly the same just a different build.

It is just personal preference. The 21xxx builds have the 6.1 style menus and taskbar. Also when you click X on a program it actually closes the program. The menus and buttons are generally smaller and thus are less thumb friendly.

Can smart lock be uninstalled and can you go back to the palm lock? Or is the reason for the smartlock is that the oem lock gave the rom issues?

I am having trouble getting the Titanium Weather app to accept any other zipcode. It is stuck on woodbury.

I also can't get ICS to work. I am connected to the PC but the connect option is not available in the phone ICS app.
