I recently made a titanium only rom with no problems. But my other rom with 2.1 manilla, my settings icon does not work. I get a "cannot find LScustApp" error message and settings will not open. The only way I can access the settings menu is through touch flo. If I disable touch flo when installing apps, I can not re-enable because the settings menu is inaccessible. I have to hard reset. Anyone else run into this problem. I have cooked and flashed twice with the same results. Just about all items are enabled in kitchen, I even tried not installing some apps with no luck. Like I said titanium only rom works fine.

Check to see if LockScreenAppLauncher_1_0_1918_3827 is selected in your kitchen. I think this may be the culprit. It defaults to false, but change to true. Please report back so we know if it worked.

That was the problem. Stupid oversight on my part, I made two roms and never noticed that was not selected. Thanks for the help.
