I have not seen this screen, but with the latest mighty rom release on 12/6 my phone randomly performed a hard restet twice in two days. Installed programs would just dissapear, then when I restarted the phone, it did a hard reset and not the soft reset I triggered. I am back to stock now with no problems, and had no problems with the first november rhodium release. I think I will wait to try the fix, stock is better than loosing al your settings and programs everyday. : (

Used many mightyrom releases, but had this experience for the first time with his "Love" unsupported rom. Never had it happen before this ever. Trying the fix now though.

Edit Okay, did this fix and went all day with no problems. Looks like i'm good now!

I had some hard resets with the Impact ROM and went to the Love ROM. A couple of hard resets ensued after only three days. Being a novice...or newbie at this phone ROM stuff and realizing I had non-supported OS on my phone...I just flashed back to 6.1 for a day or two... Got spoiled by what I had with Love so I installed WAR yesterday. This morning my email accounts weren't being displayed and when I tried reinstalling them I was told the accounts were already in use. I managed to reconfigure the accounts and didn't lose any of the previously downloaded emails.

I love trying out the ROM stuff; haven't tried any others...just MightyROM. My boss has a TP2 and was instrumental in getting me to flash my phone to MightyROM. :wav:

I've flashed my phone easily 200 times in the past few months, ROM's of my own and nearly everyone on this board, except mighty's ROMs, and never once had a problem. I flashed mighty's War ROM yesterday, and now have this problem on any ROM I flash. No matter what I do, it will eventually freeze, requiring a soft reset, from which it will not reboot, requiring another poke with the stick, which turns into a hard reset, sort of. Sometimes it will be a complete reset, sometimes some apps and settings will remain.

I just gotta say, to me its seems related to Mighty's ROMs.

Happend to me on one of NRG's roms. Happend only once.

im on MM's war rom now. Hasnt happened to me.

It could seem that way since half the ppcgeeks population runs the mightyrom.

To be honest. I've rebuilt my rom 3 times since it's been releasd (you can see that in the changelogs)

i've rebuilt the xip atleast two times now...

if this is happenign to you I would suggest that you follow the procedure, flash your stock rom, relock and return the phone to your store if at all possible.

the second time my phone started doing this it wound up being totally bricked, I'm now on day 12 of waiting for a waranty replacement.
