2. unzip file into a folder (i like to put it on the desktop for easy access) 3. open folder and the kitchen should be last file in there, double click on it. select option 1. 4. at top of kitchen, it says touch pro 2, click on that box, then click again to "select" it. (one of those little quirks). this should fill in the next 2 boxes. 5. make sure the real wm 6.5 box is checked at top 6. pick a xip and sys number to build (2 are 6.1, 2 are 6.5). i use 28232 one. i use the same number for each choice, don't know if it matters or not. 7. build your ROM by scrolling down through the processes and either making them true or false. true puts them in the ROM, false excludes them. i stay away from most of the system settings, etc. 8. save ROM 9. create ROM, will take a couple of minutes. 10. connect phone through active sync to computer. 11. run program that pops up to send ROM to your phone. that is pretty much it. hope this helps.

For Verizon users with MMS problems, I'm posting the Arcsoft files from the dump of the Verizon 6.5 ROM. The format is a little different from the way Calk does it but it does work. The only thing you have to do is go into your MMS Options through tmail and set Verizon Wireless as your default CDMA server. If you don't, you'll end up with a rogue 'default' setting that allows send and receive limits of like 95mb that basically breaks MMS. I've yet to figure out why it does this but I'm still searching....
