I've heard the same thing but the only rom running the landscape manilla was mightyrom and i didn't like it. I didn't have enough time to fill up the message box because i had to switch roms.

ive done prolly 2k worth of txt msgs with the new htc messaging. its laggy but still not as laggy as the previous versions. thats the best way i can put it.

the main thing is you can start typing your msg out before it loads all the messages for the contact. that in itself makes it much more useable as the messages start piling up in it.

Forgot to mention this earlier, 2.5 now works on 6.1 when using the 2.1 messaging client, so if your still a 6.1 lover(like I am), you will finally be able to enjoy 2.5 fully on it

Here's a couple more then, 21056, 21887, HTC volume control works like it should now on 6.5.x, All the Leo 2.02 OEMs that work, 2.5 messaging tab now is worth using and bunch of other things. Just take a look at the change log when it's up....
