I didn't know it slowed down the more messages were on your phone. to be honest i'm a big texter but i don't need to save my text messages. I usually delete them rather then let myphone put it back on but i wish we had a delete button that would give us the option to delete all messages after : 1 week, 2 week, or 30 day

Well I'll be dxxx. Removing the showcase suite did resolve the text locking issue. Thanks guys.

ugh, found a problem..

My : and ; keys are mapped to \ and / redundant to the real keys. only two keys mismapped. none of the verizon key cabs fix it either.. :(

this problem happens on the nrg rom and they have to install the cab below. I'm not promising it will work, but i would recommend trying it out.
