I thought I could "tweak" 23551 myself (I'm used to someone else getting rid of the beta watermark, etc)...but the watermark is still there for my 23551 build...can someone here direct me on everything I need to do to "tweak it" myself or provide the "cleaned up" version please?

I didn't bother asking because I'm sure someone will when they get too it. I guess it doesn't hurt to ask but I don't really think its necessary.

Actually what I could really use is some instruction on how to separate the files myself.

I'd rather learn how to do it myself (why I didn't wait for someone else to do it to ask) but I'm having trouble finding a straight-forward explanation...I've found how to delete the beta watermark key from the registry but would rather know how to do it when cooking...

EDIT: Found it...I'm getting there :)

Did we get the new builds working for noobs yet. 23551 has no OEMXipKernel or maybe i've been spoiled. How do I get these to work.

I've read and this is not what i'm looking for. The prereq tut's are missing. I'm lost

Just copy the OEMXipKernel folder from another build. That'll do it!

Hey Calk, I've been using the new official sprint rom with 2.5 on it and I've been loving it. No lock ups or anything. The only thing I'd love more is a "Calkulin Optimized" version of the same rom. Hopefully, that won't be too far from now.
