I just built a 23542 6.5.3 Sense 2.5.2012.1412.1 whenever I use File Explorer and go to close it File explorer hangs and I have to do a softreset. I am trying a build without File Explorer Extentions 2.06 selected to see if this fixes the issue.

Where is the original (Calkulin's) to this file located in the kitchen? I'm trying to recreate your error. See if I help figure this out.

The file is LogoMsg.bmp. it is a hidden file.

I have the file located...now the new image I am using will not show...I will attatch it, maybe someone can figure it out...I can make different colors if anyone like it.

EDIT: Oops wrong file...when I upload even though I have saved as .bmp when it uploads it shows it as a .jpg...weird.

Ok, I took a stab at building a ROM with this kitchen, with no instructions at all and it was surprisingly simple (great job Calk). Just a few problems that may be related to the ROM, or my being a noob:
1. Calk's background is missing on the homepage (I didn't see the flamerize theme in the settings either)
2. My start button doesn't show, although if I press where the start button should be it works as if the button were there.
3. The nice volume control from HTC has been replaced with the "regular MS one.

Can someone point me in the direction so that I can resolve these issues. I'm using 23542, if that makes a difference.

Im just adding it in as a new EXT and it works fine...no need to change files every new kitchen build this way...

For anyone interested. The 23106 does have threaded email. It seems a bit quicker, more responsive than 23542. Not sure about the differences but it runs well so far. The dialer seems to pop up quicker. Not much lag like in other builds.

I actually got it to work, but there is white outline which hurts the way the graphics look...think I need to put on a black background...and adjust so it is better centered when it comes up. Does it look ok as EXT? If so, I would love a copy of it being I do not have the art of creating EXT filed down quite yet.

Are you using the 23542 from Release 3 or from Release 2? The one from Release 2 seems a little laggy but Calkulin said he made some fixes in Release 3 so I'm wondering if it helped speed it up. But if you're comparing Release 3 23452 to 23106 then I'll just go straight to that.

I just updated the pic and centered the "Powered By", looks better IMO...I dont see the white outline...I just cooked it in via an EXT and works fine
