Cal are anyone what does simple mode in volume control mean, does this mean that s2u2 now work with volume control like when the device lock the volume control works in a call?

The only times I have ever had Tmail.exe lock up on a 6.5.X build is when I include the showcase suite.

I may not be configuring something correctly, but if I use the version of Arcsoft in the kitchen mms is not working...but with the version I use all is well.

In the Arcsoft settings I gotta go and change connection from Internet to Sprint (or Data Network). I found that the Internet setting will try to use my Wifi, if its on, and fail.

I dunno if this was sense or Tmail locking up but I had an issue just now where when I got to the email tab(I had 3 new email), no images of any email showed and the phone locked, or at least Sense did, as I could power down with the power button.

This has never happened before. I've also had an issue where sometimes when I come back from a blank screen(press the power button to show the screen), the screen will be still blank except for the bottom windows start bar, no background, nothing except the start bar. If I goto the start menu and come back, everything is fine.

I didn't have either of these issue with 1.5, running the same 23529 SYS and 6.5.x. The only difference I can see is MaxManila is a simple patched version(to be able to handle compressed Manila files) that Calkulin included with the ROM, while prior, I was running an unpatched MaxManila but had uncompressed the manila files in the kitchen.

If I continue to have these issues, I may go back to the 1.5 version and see what happens.

Interesting. When I include Arcsoft, as well as the 2.1 messaging client for manila 2.5 and Sprint as the carrier, when the ROM is done, everything ends up set up correct. Sprint is selected as the default in Arcsoft and the settings show as correct. It does show "The internet" as the connection but seems to work fine. I suppose you can change it to Sprint.

How do i install this on my phone i downloaded but i cant find the nbh. to put in the release folder nor do i know what the other folders are for.

I know some of you are thinking "you should post this crap over in the homescreen thread" well that maybe true. I like to show people working with this kitchen what can be achieved with lots and lots of flashing :) although it make the wife look like this :(

I stopped using showcase on my diamond cause of lockups. I use ArkSwitch now for a task manager. Its build for 6.5.x.

BTW, anyone know how to disable music auto rotation?

Anyone know why 28xxx was dropped in favor of 23xxx again in 1.51?

28xxx builds always seem to run better for me.
