Does anyone running manila 2.5 notice the sunshine weather animation (with no clouds) is very slow? I noticed it on some other peoples roms so im guessing there is no way to fix it.

Thanks for sticking to this. I am seeing the same thing and after a restart things are ok. Have you also noticed that if you run IGuidance, stop it, and then attempt to restart Iguidance again the map will show up blank? The POI's are showing but nothing else. After a soft reset things are ok again.

Hopefully I will have some more time to look into this issue now that I have my wifes TP2 on a stable 21888 build now.

try this. this worked for me before, but i havent used this one 1922 yet. i went back to 2.1

went thru about 30 pages...and I'm tired...searched and can't find seem to get the search parameters just right..

I'm looking for the reg entry that turns off the weather animations.

I've had it cooked in, but it didn't work for me for some reason...so pls help

If you are running 2.1 just change your background....you can change it to the same picture and it'll turn it off.

I was looking for it in the kitchen. I think I replaced the correct one but it was just white when I tried it. My picture(png) doesn't show.

Take your png and rename it welcomehead.192.png then throw it into the files folder inside the System - HTC Animation ext
