Ok guys and gals, I was able to port the new threaded email from 23518, the newest IE from 28205, a working voice command, and packaged it into the 28014 sys. Everything works!!! I am uploading it now. So consider it a hybrid sys.

The files are from Calkulin's 28014 sys, 28205 sys and Da_g's 23518 sys.

Enjoy!

If you find this useful, give me a Thanks!

How is this hybrid been running for folks? I think I'm giving up on 23518 for now until bluetooth battery is sorted out. I'm going back to my 28014 build but might consider this hybrid as I do like the threaded email in 23518.

i am officially on board!!!! got my TP2! already built a rom. man, coming from calks vga kitchen to wvga kitchen is a breath of fresh air. It's great having a wvga device that everyhing (well, more than on a vga device) seems to work for lol. no volume control problems, dialer scrollbars, landscape is beautiful (sense 2.1). absolutely loving it.

too bad the 1.5 messaging client on sense 2.1 creates problems when sending msgs...

I heard that 21889 is more stable than 21888, could you provide a 21889 kitchen? Thanks.

I cooked and flashed a ROM with this hybrid SYS with no problems...think it was the 1.33 kitchen that I used. I moved on to 23518...I have not seen the battery problem at all...but maybe because I don't use bluetooth all that often anymore.

The hybrid sys is fast, stable and generally awesome

I agree with the above comment as well. However, I didn't have threaded email with the hybrid.

so, I am using sense 2.1 and have a question.... when you change the wallpaper in sense, do the weather animations stop for you too? Even I go back to settings>wallpaper and choose to use the defaul wallpaper, I never get the animations back. Any ideas?

Shoot this hybrid has the same problem with bluetooth battery drain. 150ma at boot and won't go down to 50ma unless I restart bluetooth.

Were does bluetooth stack come from? Is it in the SYS for the build I choose or else where in kitchen?

I would think it would be OEM related since the one used is from the newest Verizon MR but I'm running 21888 from 1.4 without any issue. I unplugged my phone about 3 hours ago and I'm still at 100%. I never use bluetooth tho.

UPDATE: Turned Bluetooth on and in 30 minutes my battery is down to 93%
