READ ME: This ROM is designed for everyday use by me for me if you are looking for "eye candy" you will not find that stuff here as it is designed to be as close to HTC T-Mobile Leo stock ROM as possible, the design of this ROM is "as is" please do not ask about adding or removing a feature or program, as I have the "Now Network (Sprint)" this is who the rom is setup for, other carriers may use it but support for other carriers if any will be limited....... The text and Email tabs have been removed from sense2.5 because of incompatibilities and I do not believe in patching apps SMS EMAIL AND MMS WORKS IT JUST USES THE STANDARD WM TMAIL APP

yes but theres no manila tab, also for "my location" you need to enable it in settings just so people know. when i get a text and try to open it from tb icon, i cant, does nothing?

someone post screen shots and a quick review, just set my last rom up exactly how i like it and want to flash this one but i gotta make sure it's a keeper first

Thanks. I'll probably flash it this weekend, but the 2.1 rom works pretty good for me so I'm not 100% sure.

As for SMS/MMS, I guess JD disabled the manila for the text and went with native WM mode?

yea I have to open the email tab and swipe to messenging to read my text, going to have to flash because this is a killer for me. Documents added! but not worth losing my message tab.

I tried the rom. I have to say just like any other JD's roms, the speed is there. It's probably fastest 2.5 sense rom I've tried, but then again, I've only tried a couple.

I'm going back to 2.1 because of the crappy MMS problem 2.5 has.

Great job again JD. I can't believe how fast the rom is considering it's 2.5

P.S. For some odd reason, my clock was set to pacific and was behind 3 hours even after location settings were set. I had to go into windows clock, and switch the location to eastern.

I think he probably feels the same way and trying to explore 2.5

theres more, 6.53 to start, im not telling jd what to do, just asking for another 2.1build. i had no problems on 2.1, now i had them again on this 2.5. i moved on, i was only asking. i text and mms at work for work so i need it.

mms for sprint (Currently verizon mms works in native htc app) doesnt work on 2.5 because 2.5 wasnt made for cdma so the sending files/pics..the 2.5 acts like it on gsm but there are people working on a fix!

I feel the same way, there are new 6.5 packages to use and maybe install the network utube, FB uploader and 6.5.3..manila 2.1 is the way to go untill they resolve the MMS for sprint issue

Update: On the new LEO rom my friend told me the sms lag when u get more then 5 or so has gone away and its super fast Hey JD are u using the newest LEO stuff?

MMS works it uses the standard wm app the sms tab is disabled because it didn't work right with mms and who wants to install all those fixes but if you were to go to start menu and the text app you can create send and recieve mms ? this rom still has work to do to it, will I do another 2.1 rom, actually I have but currently my interest lies with 2.5 so this is what I'll be working on improving,

i didnt want my post to offend you, 2.5 just isnt for me and love your 2.1 rom and i agree with the no sms/mms tab, glad that 2.1 will be back was all i was concerned about.

guess this is aimed at me, i love jd's roms, sent more than one person to his 2.1 rom and my issues are with 2.5 and not on jd's end. troll on....

I agree with darren, I haven't flashed JD's 2.5 ROM and probably won't until MMS is fixed. I usually flash JD's ROMs as he usually puts something out that is stable and quick. I have to admit that I tried a few other ROMs and ended up going back to his 2.1 ROM. I didn't have any problems with it before, but my flash habit got the better of me and I wanted to see what was on the other side.

You still have MMS, just not the HTC messaging, which sucks anyway. It's slow and crappy.

I'll stick with his 2.1 anyway. I end up using Titanium so having 2.5 isn't a big deal for me.

ok I removed messaging tabs from sense so windows handles sms, mms, and email, I removed the notification manager so that windows handles all notifications for sms, mms, email, and events... I added bing, Worldcard, Jetcet, MP3 Trimmer, and a softreset app I removed the corresponding apps that go with the removed tabs I reverted back to an older version of sense 2.5 which is faster and works better new rom later today
