question I put in a rom to dump and it came up with no boot.rgu anyway to make my own or get it to find the boot.rgu or what lol took one rom I foudn on here and was gonna add in a few programs I use but now I dunn oif it will work or not

If it's a rom from here, it may be protected meaning you can't dump it. But if its a stock carrier ROM, it should dump fine. The boot.rgu should be in ROM>Shared>#####>MSXIPKernel. (I don't have my laptop to get the exact path but that should be very close)

Yes you can. Just make sure you add packages slowly and test to make sure the ROM builds completely. I spent a day or so trying to figure out why some EXT wouldn't work and why others would. Just introduce and replace them a few at a time and you should be good.

HTC Weather My Location is very finicky. At my house, it almost will never lock on and find weather where I am, despite having 11 satellites through GoogleMaps. At work though it finds me instantly and updates. Just have to move around and find a good place and it should update fine.

I'm having a weird charging issue. I've built and flashed three times and it still happens. Flashed mighty and juicy in between to make sure it was not hardware related. The battery charging light does not come on right away when you plug in the phone. After you unplug it sometimes the light does not go off right away. Anyone have any ideas?

The protection is done when the ROM is being built so you're pretty much out of luck. =(

Hmmm that is really strange. I have two TP2s flashed here from the kitchen and neither are exhibiting this. Anything that was added or changed related to battery or LEDs?

Nope, very stock. Very weird indeed. Just seems really slow to recognize charging functions. USB fuctions like active sync and file transfer work fine. It must have been something I did then. Maybe I'll delete the kitchen and unzip again???
