I have tried the Hard SPL (from herehttp://hpcmonex.net/htc/rhodw/RhodiumW-HardSPL_V1_10R3_100HSPL.zip) that is what is failing I believe - I cant get my phone 'unlocked'.
So very, very very frustrating.

i know you are frustrated, but you are in the wrong thread. this thread has nothing to do with what you are trying to do. please see the other thread that you are posting in, spamming this thread isn't going to help you.

Hey guys and gals, your gona think im crazy but i want to know if there's anyway to relock the phone. I already had it unlocked a while back but now im getting into Android and it seems that because it's unlocked, the RIL thinks it's a gsm phone and only finding gsm networks instead of CDMA :(
now with that being said, Android is still in the very early stages for CDMA TP2 so i may want to unlock the phone again.
is that possible ? and how?

i can't remember if the link is in this thread, so be in post 1. there is a program from them that re-locks the radio.

i saw the relocker but i'm not sure if that will relock the sim unlock as well.
also will be able to unlock the sim again if i relock.

and btw in case anyone reading is wondering, flashing stock rom and radio still wont let android see cdma networks

there is a sim relock program, but it is highly unlikely that you'll get in trouble for that, you basically did someone a favor!

Go easy, it's a legit complaint.

I had the same issue when I first tried to unlock my SIM. The RhodiumWUnlocker.exe has 3 parts, the first part is supposed to unlock the HSPL to allow it to be flashed. It failed numerous times.

It was only after I used this HSPL unlocker (http://hpcmonex.net/htc/rhodw/Rhodiu...R3_100HSPL.zip) that I was successful in progressing to steps 2 and 3, and reflashing the radio to complete my SIM unlock.

To leaderbuilder, if you continue to have difficulties in your phone's current state, it may be time to consider a Hard Reset of your TP2.

To the OP, thank you for this great app! I am able to successfully communicate on both AT&T and TMO's networks, data and all. One question, though... have you had the opportunity to test this unlocker on any of the WinMo 6.5 ROM's? I'm anxious to upgrade to the 6.5 ROM from Sprint when it drops, but not at expense of having my SIM relocked, or worse.

Locking your phone and SIM probably won't help, if your using the builds from XDA developers, it doesn't work properly with Sprint yet. A CDMA developer called 95-Civic has a build for sprint touch pro 2, phone works but not data yet.

Question. My girlfriend is in jamaica at the present time and she brought her touch pro 2 with her. Sprint wouldnt unlock it for international use because of their policy. Instead they just want to charge her roaming charges, which is ridiculous to me.

So i wanted to kno, will this sim unlock still require the patched radio to be flashed even though she just wants to use a jamaican sim (digicel)? She doesn't care about using the US networks, just international.
