Absolutely. Even some sort of acknowledgment that they're looking into the reports of an issue would be a step in the right direction. And though I appreciate the work these individuals put into this, the fact remains that trust was given, and money changed hands.

Having the same problem as well Sprint phone unlocked with att sim will not stay connect when driving around. I hope there's a fix soon it's starting to get very annoying having to check the phone to see if I still have service.

There should be a fix for this if these guys would apply themselves to it. Maybe with enough level headed pressure and requests for refunds it will happen. Totally agree with you =D>

i think i speak for everyone when i say a Fix is mandatory and needs to be immediately process because ive went though 6-10 roms and no change i thought i was me at first but now that i see more people it makes no sense when they have been selling the unlock for months and when i left a ticket they (comex and olipro) stated

"Mon, 11 Jan 2010 1:57am Me- just tried 3 roms reflashed

also tried mighty rom , juicy rom, and mal rom 6.5.3

i might just have sprint do an advanced exchange

Mon, 11 Jan 2010 3:24pm - Olipro- yes, that sounds like what you will have to do.

ensure you obtain proof of exchange when swapping it as we will require it if you wish to use our unlocker on the new device.

So Now im confused on why exchanging it would make a difference

I am having the same issue here. I wanna either a refund or a fix on this problem!! In first couple pages of this thread, the elide team seems very confident that it works great. But actually, 10mins test proved it never stays connect.

Re: Sprint Unlocker - RhodiumW WU Radio Unlocked for US Networks

Just wanted to add on that I am also having the same problem, i.e. my Sprint TP2 will not stay connected to T-Mobile's network. Phone is set to GSM Only / Manual / bands 1900 + 850.

To reiterate the problem that everyone is having:

If I stay in the same room, and manually connect the phone to T-Mobile, the phone will stay connected for a while and I can make/receive calls and texts, but eventually the connection will drop until I manually reconnect . If I move to a new location, the phone will not connect to the network until I manually tell it to do so.

Data practically does not work at all. I can sometimes get it to work after a fresh soft-reset / manually removing and creating a GSM connection to epc.tmobile.com or internet2.voicestream.com. Doing this, data will work for about a minute or two and not work again until repeating those steps.

Any acknowledgment of this problem from the Elite Team will be appreciated. If any more details are needed, I will be happy to provide them. I will also be happy to do any sort of testing that is needed to try and resolve the problem. Until then, I'm stuck using my girlfriend's pink Razr phone, since I already cancelled my Sprint contract. )=

I would be willing for testing too if it would help solve the problem for the Sprint TP2 community. Is any of the 'team' reading this? I am still hoping cmonex will answer my pm in time, I understand she is busy.

We are all trying to work together for the common good. We just need the expertise of the team!
