turn phone off (full power off) then press and hold the volume down button while turning it on.

I am unable to unlock my touch pro 2. When I run the program everything looks like it worked correctly, the bar goes to 100% and it says it was successful. The phone then resets and loads back up like normal. When I enter bootloader it does not say that it is unlocked, but it does say SPL-1.00.OliNex. I have am trying to load leadrom on this if it makes a difference.

Thanks! I guess my problem was with my SD card then. I formatted the SD card and then was able to flash.

When I try to run the unlocker on the computer I get an error saying that windows can't access the specified device, path, or file and that I might not have the appropriate permissions to access the file.

What now?

I am trying to unlock a Touch Pro 2 that has no service on it. My kids use it with Android on it to download game from the Market. I am trying to run Android from NAND and want to flash it to the phone so there is no need for Haret. In order to flash Android as a OS on my phone I have to be unlocked. Everytime I try to unlock it it tells me there is a fatal error and starts asking if phone is still connected or synced and to make sure the RADIO is on, and then tells me to download a cab file which I have and installed. I am guessing since the phone has no service and it requires the RADIO to be on, which it is but with no service, then it detects it as having the RADIO off?
