seems i'm having the same problems as others... 1) tried the auto flash, says that i've unlocked another device. 2) trying the manual flash, i get the "update utility cannot get response..." error246. right now i'm @ work, so maybe i'll try this on my home computer when i get there. also, i was looking for the "SSPL-Manual-RhodiumW.zip" that the first post mentions, but i don't see it on their website any where.

Is the server down or is it something I'm doing wrong. I've been trying to unlock from 2am till now but keep getting a message about the server being down and to try back in 5 mins or disable the firewall. This is what I did.
1. Disabled Norton AV
2. Downloaded and extract unlocker to an empty folder
3. Donnected Sprint TP2 and synced to PC (running Vista)
4. Right clicked unlocker and ran as Admin and followed directions up until I got the message about the server being down. The phone never even makes it to the boot loader screen.

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction to getting past this.

Thanks, I tried that and the phone still freezes and won't go into the bootloader. I tried tricking it and manually put it in bootloader, then it just hangs at 0%. Same with manual mode, just hangs at 0%.

Has anyone tried this:

have you tried disabling your firewall? just a guess.

This is awesome!. Donation made, i know is not much but i hope make more in future. Thanks to all Elite Team.

I can bet all the people complaining about release "delay" they are now unlocking their mobiles.

Disable your AV and your firewall and that should take care of it. I had the same problem on Win 7 and Norton 360. Also make sure that your computer has internet. disable both AV and Firewall at the same time.
