Re: [HSPL-UNLOCKER] - - Rhodium W HardSPL

I unlocked in September, but recently had to trade in my phone for a refurb. Now when I try to unlock again, it won't even let me open the unlocker directory. After I download, the folder appears in my downloads folder for a second then disappears and I am redirected to my "Recent" folder. I get the same outcome whether I choose Open or Save

your av software got it.

FYI to everyone
You MUST disable anti-virus and firewall first. then download the unlocker, then extract it to your desktop, then connect usb cable to phone and computer and establish an activesync connection, then right click on the unlocker exe file(that is on your desktop) and choose Run As Administrator.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you're unlocking a replacement TP2 or if this is not your first time unlocking a TP2, you need to get on a different computer and different internet connection from what you used to unlock before. If you don't do that, then they will detect that you've unlocked before and then your phones IMEI number will be recorded and blocked, thus forcing you to submit a ticket and wait or choose the donate/pay option in the unlocker and give up 4 GBP. Choosing the pay option will allow the unlocker to continue instantly

WHAT? after months of unanswered tickets, this is what you have to say?

1) it definitely wasn't months.
2) I'm of course sorry about it (I actually got quite upset when finding out, because I got worried about having people waiting while never figuring out that they need to just repost the ticket, I hope this won't be a problem for anyone), what else can be said? if you have specific questions, please ask your questions and I will answer them.

sorry but thats no good. lol. the months of people posting that their tickets have been ignored should have been plenty for you to know about it.

I have to agree with this i have same issue.

I own 2 touch pro 2 phones (girl and i) and recently had to replace them both and now i cannot unlock them. I have paid the fee several times over the past year from replacing phones but it does not seem to keep track of that.

Tried every computer i own, (one of them is brand new) my internet is new as well because i just moved yet i get "[Error 246] Device Not Responding" when i try manually and I'm told i to pay up when i try auto.

I just want to flash back to what i had before but i cannot.

Does this mean i have to pay 2 more times to flash my phones?

it doesn't matter how many times you've donated. when you pay the 4 quid, it's just to unlock that device. it does not include future devices. what you're describing is normal. you have to pay or submit a ticket for replacement devices, or use a different computer and different internet connection to get around it.

I hope this gets figured out razor. there are two people that I know trying to help the elite team; you in the hspl thread and me in the sim unlocker. hopefully, we both don't get kicked to the curb for our opinions.
