This link does NOT contain the Manual one. Only the one to run from the PC. I have searched and searched (days) ppcgeeks, xda, google, google group and all and have not found the SSPL-Manual-RhodiumW.zip - the one to run on the phone. Virtually every external post point to or copies the first post and link you are talking about! And I keep getting told to go to the rhodiumw.htc-unlocks.com/hard-spl.php site. I have donated for their RhodiumW Sec / CID / SIM Unlocker. But I can't get anywhere if I can't unlock my phone 1st. Any one know where it is? Is it gone? It is not in my nature to give up but I am getting ready to say F it. I've used other kitchens in the past on older devices but this one is teeing me off.

if you click on the link i gave you and scroll down a little, you will see the link to download it in NOTE 3. you're making it very obvious that you are not reading all of it. you have to read all of it and follow directions to successfully unlock your phone.

Thanks again for the direction.
I did get the sspl-manual.
Got it over to the phone (the root) and, sad to say, that doesn't work either. Launching the exe locks the phone up and I have to remove the battery to reset it. I've tried numerous times. So very frustrated.
Again I do appreciate the help all.

mann dont have money to get unlocker, is there a way too cook rom on it??
