No, you would have to manually "re-lock" your phone. Flashing any ROM stock or after market does not re-lock the the phone. So flash away!

This stock rom(ive used sprints) is by far the best rom available for the phone, in my opinion that is. The 6.5 and 6.5.1 roms are just not where they need to be in stability yet. I will check back with them soon though )

Hi, I am curious about what stability issues you have been having with custom roms. There is no need to name any specific roms, I am just trying to decide if i want to go with a custom rom or the stock on my new phone

quick question...
If I wanted to get the telus radio, could I flash the Telus stock rom (does it contain the stock radio like the VZW and sprint?) and then reflash with mighty rom change the rom but keep the telus radio?
FYI I'm on VZW TP2 running mighty rom with USC 2.05 radio but having stuck in 1x issues (with stock ROM and MM Rom), thought I might try the telus radio/rom out...

I think I am the only one that has the following.
I bought a CDMA Telus, unlocked it and using FIDO GSM on it.

So how do I know what radio to flash?

When I unlocked the radio, it flashed automatically the 2.05.00WV.

I can't get the sprint one to download. Has anyone else had this issue? Please help, I want to start flashing with the security of having the stock back up if needed.

boy im happy i found this thread. cant wait to get home and flash back to stock have lots of issues with my phone on a custom rom. keeps freezing and has lots of lag back to stock i go and not mad bout it

Hi, I am having one problem with this sprint stock rom. When i first got my phone i could start listening to music then tap the power button on the top of the device and the back-light would turn off and the music would continue to play. Now when i tap the power button on top it turns off any music when while the screen is off, its too bad since i used to use my phone for music alot. Anyone have any ideas how to get it to act like mine did originally?

Edit: The behaviour is strange. So when playing music on the music tab the top power button can be pressed and the music will still play with the backlight off. Also, with the music tab still playing music i can go into an app like groovefish and play a song then hit the top power button and it will continue to play. However, if i turn off the music tab and just play music with another program like groovefish or core player then the power button stops the sound and pauses the music when it is pressed.

No it will not re-lock your phone, and as to the stock flash before a custom flash that is up to you.
