any reason my weather isnt fulllscreen? or is the animated not on this rom?

my weather is full screen with animation working .... have you installed anything else ?

nothing installed, flashed from stock rom and hardreset after flash, very odd. got the nbh from a tester, was there a early version with no animation? maybe he sent wrong nbh.

The one I sent was not the beta Darren.....I sent the official NBH...

The animation works fine for me, but it does not change as much as other roms. I've only seen it animate when I do a weather update or when I soft rest.

Do you have the ROM JD release earlier? (Not the beta)

did you change your wallpapers if you did that is why no animation .... if that is the case there is nothing wrong with it because thats how HTC designed it .....

first off im stock again but used the rom 2dys and never saw animated weather, never changed wallpaper or a setting for that matter. only ran quick gps for location. when i flash i dont dl anything for atleast an hour to see if i like the look/speed. its not a big deal but i wanted to know if i was the only one and seems i was. lol i want to flash today so.....

op, did your rom have the option to view a "weather demo"? (shows all weather types of animation) if it did, i didnt have that either.

that option is only on 2.5 and not 2.1. On the other had, the weather doesn't animate as often. I believe the reason is, in other roms there is a home key shortcut. Everytime you push that shortcut whether in start menu or all programs it triggers something to start the animate. In this rom we don't have that home shortcut, so we have to press the start menu to get back to the home page. And this doesn't trigger that animation. I could be wrong but I asked JD to add back that home key shortcut. I think this will work.
