I HAVE DISCONTINUED DEVELOPMENT OF THIS ROM, AS I HAVE SWITCHED TO ANDROID


These are THE latest WM 6.5.5 builds for the TP2.
THE WRITING IN RED IS CRITICAL! READ IT!
Remember these ROMs are built from the latest, most cutting edge, leaks from MS. There will be bugs and issues. If you want a 100% stable ROM, this isn't for you!

Carrier Generic!

  • V0.x series are stripped clean WM 6.5 only ROMs (Nothing but the base WM 6.5 files, stripped of unnecessary stuff)
  • Vx.x series are Custom ROMs (Added apps and modifications)

No, I'm actually putting this on hold until I see if there is a demand for this. There are a lot of good TP2 ROMs. I like to help where help is needed, not bring unnecessary confusion. If there is demand for a completely stripped down ROM. I'll bring it.

Don't wait. Just put em out. If people download it they download it, if they don't they don't. You will have plenty of people that just love to try new roms. If it's something you seriously want to take on as a hobby, then do it. This is a great community and you'll get plenty of feedback.

What you seem to be offering (if you put it out) is a 6.5.1 which there is only one other that I know of on CDMA and it does not work with SPB :protest: .

I too am looking for a nice clean copy of 6.5.1 for CDMA. That might help me not to regret my decision to switch from GSM to CMDA :disgust:

Great, this is the type of Rom I have been looking for. I have tried every rom on the forum and they are all great, but I really have been wanting just a stripped down rom for me to have fun with. I am really looking forward to using this.

I too have been anxiously waiting on a cook to release a 6.5.1 com5 build clean, I use MS 3.5.1 along with PhoneX 2.1 so i dont like having all the htc crap cooked in as i dont use it, please put out a build for us as since moving from my tp to tp2 JD is not putting out beta builds for 6.5.1 and thats who i used for clean tp roms.

I'm glad to see another Chef willing to join in the ROM building for this phone. I personally like diversity and the more chefs we have, the more we learn about what works and what doesn't. If you need assistance beta testing, I'll definitely volunteer.

Guys, I am having major issues with the VK. It refuses to build every time I try. I am working on getting it sorted out. I'm sorry for the delay. I am working on 23506 now... By the time I get it working we will prolly have WM7 on our devices...

I might agree, but people have been waiting for a 23504 release. I don't think it hurts to point out that there are a couple chefs that have 23504 working now. Hopefully Nag will have his working soon too.

builds are posted, i dont have a issue with people saying the build is out, just posting the link. i know your a good guy bro and ment no harm, i pm people links that i think they may like. as i said, probably just me.

It's all cool. It is a little rude, but I'm fine with it until I actually have my ROM out. I am definitely going to be a ROM builder for the Rhodium. Have no fear. Look at my Vogue ROMs for the proof. People like them a lot.

I just have to figure out what is going on with my VK. I am behind the ball as I was not working on my ROM before the unlocker came out like the other guys were.

It's going to happen. Feel free to try others out while you wait. When mine comes, I promise you will switch to mine because no one make what I make, period.

Hi, Nag I loved your rom back on the touch, for this one as you are making it could i recommend the JMZ Carrier Provisioning so that the users don't have to worry about it. I am looking forward to your since 6.5.x is not getting enough love on the tp2

28002 going up now guys. Sorry it took so long. Enjoy the fastest, lightest, and cleanest ROM out there. Customize it how you want and ENJOY!

Hi Nag, good to see a familiar face from the vogue over here I just finished flashing and I am testing right now. I havent used a whole lot of 6.5.x roms on the rhodium yet since i was waiting for yours to come out.
So far for me this rom is incredibly snappy. The only things i miss are the htc ezinput and a wifi router.
Also there is a Google start menu item that only links to the mobile google website seems kinda pointless, i say might as well strip it out.

I went to the "Getting Started" and after choosing what to do likeset ring tone, set background, transfer music etc. the text is too large on screen it goes off right and ti can not be scrolled also there are buttons off screen all I can see is part of a previous box and no next box.

Also I am not getting auto rotation for alot of things like email. Is that a 6.5.x thing?

:-) Both Ezinput and WiFiRouter can be downloaded as cabs easily. WiFiRouter is included in my programs zip.

I dunno why the Google Start menu and Getting started showed up at all. I though I had stripped them out. Both are useless. Autorotation is a part of having a phone with a g-sensor. You can add and remove what does and does not auto rotate using g-config (also included in my programs zip).

There are screenshots all over post 1. Dunno how you missed them as they take up a screen and a half. Maybe wait a couple seconds for them to load if you have a slower connection.
