im pulling the links to recheck sorry guys however the update utility error is weird its a rhodium RUU so dunno.

so flashing this new radio same as the elite flash? thats what i got out of the OP but im pretty sure im way off lol so can someone straighten it out for me thanks

Flashing a radio is as easy as a rom. Just run the ruu and you will be walked though it.


Activesync---run ruu--click a few things--your done. Simple!

thats not what i meant i knew that but thanks i just read my post and i can see how you would mix that up. I meant by flashing this radio is it unlocking the usa gsm just like the elite radio flash with the patched radio? can someone clear it up

No you gotta jump through the elite teams hoops to SIM unlock.

flashing any of these stock radios will relock you until you reflash a RhodiumW WU Radio from this thread

For those that have the radio working on the Sprint TP2, big question. Does the radio drain the battery fast or is it easy on power? I would like to use my TP2 at the gym (they use FM channels for sound) to watch TV.

As far as I know, no one has gotten the FM radio working on any CDMA TP2 yet.

wait does this mean these radios dont work? I have sprint and i have it security unlocked i know i got to unlock the radio also before i flash a new sprint radio. The link dont work on the radio so i dunno whats going on..
