May I also suggest some speed tweaks?
  • File System Cache: 16384kb
  • File System Filter Cache: 8192kb
  • GDI/Font Cache: 32768kb
Those changes will significantly speed up the device by drastically ramping up the cache (in exchange for a small amount of free RAM, of which you have plenty)

I mean I'm going to do these anyways but figured it'd be easier if you did it in ROM

to me a tab will not work but if you slide out the ke board then you should get the action screen in landscape, that is the way I think it should be implemented for now till HTC release there new version of TF3D

Wish I could, but alas I don't have one. The best I could do is suggest HD Tweaks which changes the registry, but as to those actual values/where they are, I have no idea.

If I get a chance I'll try to dig for them, unless you beat me to it

in the meantime... anyone know a digital clock display cab that works well with this rom?

I haven't tried any, but I figured someone else may have figured this out already.
