I love the new features on the 29007 rom-like the email interface and lock screen, is there any way to port this over to my 21916 rom? i had problems using 29007,sense w/cookie was extremely slow to respond with repeat usage...got rid of it quick and went back to 21916

. i just looked in the registry and there is an entry in the wimospeed key that says "radio_id" so it definitely does something with the radio. and now that i think about it, i didnt have a sod when i disabled wimospeed so that definitely seems to be the culprit.

since we are on the exact same rom with the same radio, use a registry editor and change the following values in hklm//software//wimospeed to:
oemxip_id = 27
radio_id = 28
then soft reset.

either do the above or uninstall wimospeed, soft reset, then reinstall.

i have definitely noticed a difference with the new radio, my battery lasts longer. i think this is the longest battery life ive ever experienced! my signal also hasnt dropped under 3 bars in areas where i usually have 1-2 bars.

let me know if that helps. also i have lots of other dinik mods i can give you since there are alot of things left unskinned in energyrom.

thanks the new radio is working great after reinstalling winmospeed. i'll have to monitor the performance. hopefully i'll see some gains, too.

shoot me a pm of your dinik mods. i'd like to check them out.

Oh Yeah, almost forgot, the Back button is the phone button and the phone button doesn't do much of anything.

Edit: Not ROM related at all. I guess I flashed without really using the Hardware KB at all. Wehn I flash back to 6.1 or 6.5 the issue is still there. Hmm, I guess I'll take it to Sprint today.

i think it's caused by a short inside the phone. the kapton tape that covers certain parts may be the culprit. i'm gonna try cracking open my phone again and redoing all connections & put new kapton tape to where it should be.

I flashed the GTX rom just yesterday (third flash in my foray into flashing) and I have a couple of questions,

1.) is the battery indicator working right? I noticed that it stayed at 100% 3-4 hours being lightly used after being taken off the power and went down 2% when i went into the battery indicator. Under stock, it'd have been at least around 80%.
2.) does switching to landscape mode work for you guys/gals? For me, it doesn't seem to display the colors on the home screen correctly.

i havent tried sencity flavor but that doesnt seem normal. did you task29 prior to flashing?

Losts of stuff was blamed on 2.0 for a long time & 1.8.5 recommended on dozens of posts.. gone now... However: I use 2.0 when I use Cookie, no issues for me..
