I think this is an unfortunate side effect of the "Home Button" change from one of the last changelogs I saw:

"4. Home buttons and keys now go straight to the main screen (this means on TP2 that the End or Back keys will return you to MaxSense home panels)"

I'm sure it will probably be fixed in an upcoming release.

I think you may be suffering from the recent rash of problems with a corrupt HTC cache on the SD card. Delete the "HTC" folder in the "Application Data" one on the SD card, then soft reset and try again.

Minor issue: after installing 7/10 Dinik 23XXX ROM, my data connection was set to Sprint. I had run the verizon carrier provisioning, but I had to manually change the data provider to Verizon.

I've run into the same thing and if you just run the provisioning 2 or 3 times it will stay at Verizon. IT happens to me every time i flash even after a task 69

Thats what I meant. Even when I visit the page, the icon on the shortcut does not change from the black + grey globe symbol. Again, no big deal...

I am having the same problem. It's driving me nuts. Everything else seems OK, I am using the WM Lockscreen. I turned off sense, and it seems ok. Was this ok on the July 8th version?

THanks guys for the help. I got ActiveSync working by deleting the partnership, and recreating it. Now, I just found out rando people arent getting my texts, and Im not getting theirs. What would casue that?

It's not all people though....very weird...I get some and don't get others. Should I reload the ROM or what? Its the only problem I have now that this ROM is so unbelievably stable. The only changes I made to the ROM's texting were I ran the Zenyee Disable HTC CAB, MMS_Sprint_5_0_94_128c_10_10Motion CAB ,and MMS Fix (2.1) (Sprint) CAB to get my MMS working. My pic messaging is working fine now.

Should I delete all my texts from my inbox, and try sending new ones? or reload the ROM? or any other ideas?

I only been saying this for a week and change now.. the App Data folder shoudl not be on the SD card in the first place.. How do you remove it.. registry???

Edit.. that did seem to help a little bit but its still not 100%.. its 80% better..... SMH...

remove your SD memory card and see what happens. If it works, try a different SD card.
There has been a rash of counterfeit SD cards lately and even the big guys like Kingston (from Engadget.com) are not immune. I found out the hard way with a 4 gig card that I recently purchased. I was having similar problems and removing the suspect card and replacing with another helps.
Re: formatting the card. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

EDIT: I just re-read your post after finishing my morning coffee and realized that you were taliking about something totally other than what I was thinking. However, my post still applies to anyone who is having trouble getting sense to launch from a reboot, startup of freeze.
