There is a 21895 ROM which is the latest from the 6.1 camp. They can be found here:

The March 13 ROMs are the latest, so you have to decide whether you want the Sense 2.5, the MaxManila or the Cookie Home Tab version. Everyone has their own flavor that they like - I personally like the MaxManila. NRG has done quite a bit of work over the last week or so making the fresh-out-of-the-box experience quite good, so you may not need any additional cabs.

Interestingly, the "My Location" weather updates with no problems. I only get the error when trying to update any other city that i have added. Hmm.

*EDIT* I was not referring to custom added cities. I get the error on the default cities already listed.

For me, it was JVH3WeatherCityEditor that was causing the problem. This has never happened to me before. When i uninstall it, i can update cities with no problems. When i install JVH3 WeatherCityEditor in order to add my city (not in the default list and MyLocation is never quite right), i get the error and cannot download any weather data for any cities - custom or default.

Is there a different way to add a custom city?

Hii Shaolinsoldier79, I'm using this cab which adds TODAYPAGE Tab, CALLHISTORY Tab, and MANILATV Tab. Definitely loving the MTP and Call History Tabs. I'll attach the cab I'm using that adds all three to give me a total of 18 tabs.

That's what it was for me too. Unistalled the editor and the default cities started to update but not the custom cities. The editor has never caused me problems. Thanks for the heads up. I am going to search for another editor.

With Sashimi right? Just copy this using TC into the REG folder of Sashimi?

Yes, you just export the registry entries ( I use the regedit tool loaded into the ROM), and put it into the Auto\reg folder.

As far as restart, I personally don't restart after each cab, and don't generally have an issue. I normally feel the ROM is stable. I haven't loaded the battery cabs, so I don't know if that is different.

Note that one issue with Sashimi is that it doesn't resume the auto install after a restart. However, this can be easily remedied with 2 steps:
1) Change the sdconfig.txt file to copy the sashimi auto install link to the /Windows/Startup folder. This resumes the auto install after every reboot, and Sashimi is smart enough to skip what was already done.
2) Add the /Windows/Startup/???.lnk file to the Sashimi deleteops.ini. deleteops.ini is processed after the autoinstall finishes, and deletes the sashimi link so it doesn't run again on future startups.

This has worked well for me, as there are some cabs that auto restart in a way that Sashimi cannot override, and it gives me a mostly unattended auto setup.

I've learned that when the weather stops updating in pretty much every case, it has been the fault of the weather servers "out there". Just give it a day or so, don't twist off and re-flash just because of this, and it has always came back on it's own eventually. When they are doing server maintenance, there is nothing we can do to make it start working again. Usually the tip-off to this being the problem is when people from all over the country, and on several different ROMs (I'm on Mr X right now and I've lost mine today too) begin to complain about this at the same time.
