You press the left side of the icon and the keyboard close....

Image the keyboard icon as a square or circle, you press the left side of it. Pressing the middle will bring up the keyboard, the left side will close it.

No issues closing the soft keyboard here...I like the threaded email of the 6.5.X ROMs...

Go into outlook and sort your messages by Conversations instead of Received.

Sounds gooood. Can't wait to ditch Feb 16 Cookie, it's just not running as fast as previous ROMs. Not sure if it's the build or it's Cookie, though.

Couldn't agree more.

I experienced something odd this weekend. I live in the Detroit area, and I've been getting pretty decent battery life. I spent the weekend in downtown Chicago, and the battery life was horrible - after five hours I was under 50%. Anyone else experience something similar?

Maybe since you were downtown with all the high rise buildings it was polling the cell phone towers more often trying to keep a good signal. That's my educated(ish) guess.
