I know I'm not the chef here, but this post bothers me. Have you not seen almost every chef is having difficulty on the TP2's and getting them working right? I've been trying for the past 3 days to enjoy my new phone, but I choose to use a custom ROM and going through the headaches involved. If you had a degree in comp. scienc, maybe you could fix a rom perfectly for free for everyone.

Soft Keyboard is messing up on 28011 Dec 31

I was in opera 10 in landscape and soft keyboard came up garbage.

After that even portrait is all messed up with keys double labeled.

Anyone else notice text messages are showing year 2016 as of the new year now? I'm running NRG 21885 Sense 2.5 (1922) 12/31 build

First of all, as I said I wasnt bashing him and no crap you aint NRG. Cuz if you were, you would know I have been a long time supporter of NRG.

Second of all, there are chefs that have it correct out of the box for CDMA ROMs, Now that a true 6.5 ROM for CDMA has been released. I just think Nrg may need to sit down with a couple of em and find where the correct settings are.

And lastly, FREE? oh okay, so what you are saying is you are one of the slackers that take, tahe, take, and never give a donation? Its people like you that expect everything for "free" that are the reason some chefs say whats the point. Speak for yourself, many of us have donated $$$ to several different chefs that deserve it, and NRG is one that many of us have donated to.[/LIST]

In this ROM however, it changed the text on the soft key to the app I picked but now the app doesn't work & I can't get it back to the stock action screen either.

Has anybody used the soft key manager successfully with this ROM?

Been checking some of the Energy ROMs out. I really like the EnergyROMs. Before I ever looked at any of the ROMs I played around with all the different .cab customizations and have truely been astonished by these phones and Winmo as a whole.

After going through what I've found in this thread, my one hangup on all the EnergyROMs is (as with many folk) the messaging. I am on US Cellular and can't find much info on them. I've tried the settings from Mighty's thread >> http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...55&postcount=5
(even the second option of mmsc2 in place of mmsc1 from later in Mighty's thread) and it still doesn't work. I'd hate this to be the dealbreaker for me on this ROM. Any ideas?
