I think it is a great idea for you to help out on this post with NRG. How about you update the change log and post title with some update info. Both 2.1 and 2.5 ROM posts show last change logs back in Oct but the download link shows 11/3 for both. The "wingsters" site is out of date too. If you want to help, start there. Don't get on here with an attitude, it is not needed and doesn't help other visitors to the site. Thank You.

........Eh, I realized that no matter what I do, some people will always try to hate. It's not even worth it to try to deal with them anymore. I'm kind of tired of the forums here, XDA has a bit more respect towards other members. You all have to realize that we don't work here, but we still come on here every day to help out.

Oh yea, and I updated Wingster for the Photon ROM, and the Leo was already up to date. I can't edit NRG's posts, lol, so I can't change the change log.

1. Have you selected your city in the homescreen clock? If your city isn't available, there's some Weather Database thing you can update, but sorry, idk where to get that.

I think that once you add your city, and then set your timezone like you did, everything should work right. My texts haven't been having issues, so there's something with the settings Hopefully we can get it working without people uselessly flaming the boards...which is breaking the rules....

My GPS works but the Footprints program doesn't work. It can't interface with internal GPS. Are we getting the new sense UI as mentioned here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=93966

Yep, Footprints has never actually worked properly, I think. It's because it's built to use the Camera program from the HTC HD2, not our phone, and so it doesn't know how to interract properly with everything.

I believe the only option is to manually add a photo to Footprints. I usually remove the Footprints tab though, it doesn't serve too much of a purpose.

Is there a way to disable the weather animations? I tried what somebody posted (a regedit to change the value located in HKCU\software\htc\manila to 2), and then soft reset, but it did not work. I think this ROM is simply amazing, and I had no gripes with it until I tried changing the background. Now the weather animations give the home screen some seriously annoying lag.

That is not the new sense UI but rather something you install over the current plugin. It already works with these Roms.
