The HTC messenger thats built in, will I experience lag once I get more text messages?

If so, can I use the default threaded sms thats standard for WM?

lol, once you get about 500 txts the htc app will start lagging.

to disable heres the thread for it. pretty simple.

Thanks much, I really hate doing this as the HTC one is so nice but I cant take the laggyness anymore.

I wonder why they don't have only the last 20 sms on that screen. Just like the WM version were you have to hit back or whatever to see older ones. Hopefully they fix this on there next WM phone (whenever that is...).

works fine on the phone 2.5 came from. lol

what that means is, it is not the HTC Messager that gets laggy but the phone's processor slows down, well trims back the amount of memory RAM thats it needs to runs the messager and all other functions
