Well also simply because the homescreen is occupied by the 3 shortcuts now, 2.5 pretty much doesn't come with an option to remove those three in change for appointments.

Its pretty funny because the HTC spokesperson claims this is to make it closer to what the Hero interface has and even went as far as calling the tabs "widget-y". I mean clearly the guy doesn't know what he's talking about because facebook integration was available in 2.1 just not as detailed as it is now. In anycase it's even funnier that he says that turning off Sense UI would be a "challenge" and not a "one button" thing (I guess that's true) but "i'm sure some guys would figure it out" (wow...really? settings > today > uncheck HTC Sense). Link to video for HD2/Leo's interface (which is..ours now :))

So when I go to Start > Messages > Menu > Settings > Options > Menu > MMS Server > SampleMMSC > Connect via: Verizon Wireless - there are no server settings: i.e. IP address, Server address, etc. Does anyone know these settings??? This seems to be for the HTC messaging app and perhaps entering these settings could make it work??? I still am unable to send/receive MMS even with all the cabs and other ****e posted in this thread................. Any ideas?

This is my current Home Screen and I LOVE it!!!

Attachment 47501

I think this ROM is my favorite so far. :headbang::headbang::headbang:

I just wish there was a little more RAM free.

Btw, as far as the LED is concerned, if someone knows how to regedit that stuff it'd be great.

(I was asking how to get the email to stop blinking the LED, and to get messaging to make it blink; going into settings the normal way doesn't work)

Ok I've noticed a few bugs so far, with only having the rom overnight and messing around with it at home.

There is no option to set the L.E.D for text messages, which needs to change.

Also I noticed a lot of ram in use all the tiem, but it turns out that the system thinks there is only 183.08MB total ram instead of the 288 it should have.

Also, when I have the keyboard out, and I'm trying to add a bookmark into Opera, I can't type using the keyboard or the field will be deselected unless you use the on screen keyboard which always pops up and gets in the way.

I haven't read previous posts as far as issues are concerned. So sorry if I'm reposting.

+1 to that. I doubled it and didn't notice any difference really.
