Okay so has anyone successfully installed the MMS from Mordy T? The one that supports .gif? So I just flashed...nothing is installed. So do I just install that cab or do I need to do something special? It says to uninstall Arcsoft but I dont even have it installed. So do I just install this cab and thats it??

You should definitely be getting paid the big bucks from Microsoft and/or HTC for the work you put into these. It's amazing the kind of ROMs you put out with as much speed and stability as they have while other "stock" and "official" ROMs can be slower and messy.

u know the icon on phone dial tap the target icon its dash off i need that on afther flashing to it and first boot stays off and i go turn it on and soft reset it comes off again
